Conditions in the high Andes are extremely harsh. Water is scarce, the soil is poor, and it’s virtually impossible to grow anything other than potatoes, corn and cereals. As a result, most of the children living in these remote regions have some degree of stunted growth due to malnutrition.
Camps International has started building a series of community greenhouses in order to provide sheltered conditions where fruit and vegetables can be grown. Each greenhouse costs around £1,000 to build, but this incredible gift enables us to build the foundations and base of each greenhouse (the expensive part) in order to provide an entire community with a varied and nutritious diet for many years to come.

Downloading and presenting your gift certificate

The file will be in pdf format. This can then either be sent to your chosen recipient via email, or for a more personal touch we suggest printing your certificate and popping it into a personalised greeting card.
